Done in the style of the notorious Fundamentalist tracts by the late Jack T. Chick of Chino, California, which are known worldwide, this is actually about San Francisco's St. Stupid's Day Parade, where for 40 years artists and counterculture fringe-types have marched through the city streets on April 1st-- actually a mockery of religion from Ed "Bishop Joey" Holmes and his First Church of the Last Laugh.
